We reserve the right to update or change our AI Engagement Terms at any time. Your continued use of the AI models on our platform following the posting of any modifications to these AI Engagement Terms will constitute acceptance of those changes. Intended Use & Limitations

Our AI-powered technologies, knowledge bases, and communications, including chatbots, (Collectively "AI models") are designed to assist with a range of tasks and queries but come with their own set of limitations. While interacting with them, it’s crucial to remember that these are machine-generated responses, not advice from qualified professionals. The models are not intended for providing medical, financial, legal, or any other type of professional advice.

License

Unless otherwise specified, you are being granted 1 personal license to engage with our technology and it may not be resold, subleased, transferred, shared, or used for commercial use. Company reserves the right to use user’s IP address(es) or device IDs to ensure usage is by only one user. Company reserves the right to read chat histories. You agree to cover the license/membership fees of any additional users/devices who received access or credentials. In this situation, Company reserves the right to automatically update payment amount on file or use payment info on file to cover additional licenses.

The AI models are in a "alpha-testing" or "beta-testing" phase

The AI models that we offer (and their knowledge bases) are still in development, and are not finished or complete. Over time, we hope and expect the experience to improve, but we are not sure how or when that will happen. Thank you for participating in our testing phase.

The AI models you’re interacting with are not humans. They don’t possess emotions, qualifications, or the ability to understand context in the way a human does. Potential For Errors

Please be aware that AI models can generate incorrect, misleading, or nonsensical information. These outputs, sometimes referred to as ‘hallucinations,’ are a limitation of the current technology, and we do not have control over them. Perhaps try rephrasing your question to see if the output improves.

Abuse & Misuse

Users are expected to interact responsibly with the AI models. Any attempt to make the AI generate hateful, illegal, or offensive content is strictly against our policy, and our Company and the technology owner/creator shall not be held liable for abuse or misuse of the technology.~ Intellectual Property Section ~Understanding the ownership of content generated through our platform is crucial for all parties involved:

Ownership Of Generations

The intellectual property rights of the responses or content generated by our AI models belong either to the Company or the owner/creator of the technology we use, depending on the nature of the generation. As such, you are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or claim ownership over these generated responses as your own work. This includes passing off AI-generated content as if it were produced by you.

By using our AI models, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these additional AI Engagement Terms. As mentioned above, these AI Engagement Terms are in addition to the acceptance of our main Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of your specific purchase(s).
